Banking & Finance Associate/Senior Associate (4+ PQE)
Glasgow
£72,000 - £80,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a top 50 law firm for a Senior Associate/Associate to join their highly regarded Banking and Finance practice. Recognized the Legal 500, joining the team means collaborating with some of Scotland's most prominent banking specialists in handling a diverse range of transactional and advisory work, spanning real estate finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, and corporate funding.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on various banking matters, including drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation.
• Conduct legal research and produce insightful papers for client advice and wider reporting.
• Contribute to clients' overall business objectives by integrating into a firmwide sector-focused group.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Project manage transactions and collaborate with other practice areas on interdisciplinary matters.
• Participate in and drive business development efforts within the team, practice area, and firm.
