Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the Norwich area.

Contract until the end of May 2024

37.5 per week with occasional weekend work.

Pay £11.48 per hour

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for any queries or bookings.


• Carry out tasks relating to evaluating services such as staff questionnaire and audits and equipment trials.


• Maintain confidentiality in relation to personal data held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.


• Good communication skills and ability to prioritise task.


• Computer Literate.
