We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team covering contracts around the Kent area This role sits within our award-winning brand, Caterplus , one of the UK's leading catering services specialising in the care sector. To be successful for the Operations Manager position, you will be from a catering background with relevant experience managing clients and leading diverse internal teams, including General Managers. You will have a comprehensive support network to help you in your role, which, combined with your commercial awareness, you will use to drive continuous growth. The role is field-based, so you must be prepared to travel as required. Responsibilities include:
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

We offer a salary of £45,000 plus a company
