Job description
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent Maths skills. They are looking for someone who has experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office programs with brilliant IT skills.
Data entry using Excel and bespoke systems
Administration support to the finance team
Extracting and analysing data using tools and templates provided
Respond to data related queries and customer queries
Producing reports in line with procedures
Reviewing and discussing information generated from data to clients and managers
Work with the team on various projects, to set criteria and deadlines
Communicate with colleagues and customers via e-mail and telephone
Ad hoc admin duties to the wider team
Experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office programs and excellent IT skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills inc. written, oral, email and telephone
Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required
Ability to meet challenging deadlines and thrive under pressure
Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change
