Excellent opportunity for an Operations Director to work for a major blue chip main contractor who operates across all of UK and abroad. This is a well known main contractor with a very good name in the market based on their values, their quality of delivery and robust client relationships. This is a main contractor who have already secured a great amount of work for 2024.

This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving tier one and showcase your experience, leadership and technical knowledge by heading up a successful region in London and Essex. My client has a strong pipeline across commercial, industrial, retail and leisure therefore they are looking for a great leader to grow teams, support live projects, tender work and build relationships with clients.

My client already has various live projects plus a few in PCSA and tender that this Operations Director will manage but they will be brought in to play a key part in developing this further. This main contractor is looking for an Operations Director who has project delivery experience on schemes around £50m+.

This will be a very rewarding role not only financially but you will be representing a tier one business in one of their most important divisions, you will have a lot of autonomy and would be a very important part to their company as a whole.
