Engineering Supervisor – Salary £48,000
Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of engineers and contractors? Look no further than our engineering supervisor role!
As our engineering supervisor, you’ll manage a team of three skilled day engineers, a Night Handy person/decorator, an Apprentice, and an onsite landscaping contractor. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.
What’s more, we’re looking for someone who is client-facing and able to build strong relationships with our customers. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, so excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
As well as being an exceptional people manager, we’re also looking for someone who is electrically qualified. The role is 80% off the tools, 20% on so, you’ll need to be comfortable working with electrical equipment and systems.
