Role: Children’s Residential Support Worker
Salary: £11.55 per hour - £13.55 per hour, £50 per sleep in, up to £230 for a full day sleep – weekly pay

Lavoro Care are a specialist health and social care agency working in partnership with a leading north-west care provider who support children with CAMHS backgrounds or other additional needs.
For the successful candidates you will have flexibility to when you can work, this is a great opportunity for those needing a work / life balance and guarenteed shift patterns which are given to staff 3 months in advance.
About the role:
The nature of this role is to support a young female within a residential home who displays emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour. As a member of our Children’s team, you will be passionate about making a difference to a child’s life, striving for the best outcomes of those in your care.
This residential home operates on two shift patterns, 14-hour day shifts and 10-hour night shifts of which we are recruiting for both shift patterns day support workers and waking night support workers.
Requirements of a Residential Support Worker
- A minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Full employment history with any gaps explained
