Summary:
As part of our growth and expansion plans, we are recruiting for an Audience Data Insights Manager to work closely with the Audience Development Director to devise and deliver the insight and market research programme for all brands, with a key focus on delivering actionable insights and developing audience personas.
The Insight Manager will help us to understand our global readership in a more personal way. They will work with the internal departments to develop a data completeness programme and reader personas for all brands.
The ideal applicant will have experience working within a B2B media/ content organisation, with the ability to tell stories from data, to spot interesting/ relevant trends and insight to help develop our content and products.
It will be essential to be self-motivated, driven with initiative, ability to apply strategies to deliver results, whilst demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the fulfil the needs of the business.
