Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and load orders.
- Assist in managing stock and inventory control.
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are correctly recorded and stored.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve targets and company objectives.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Proficient in the use of hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.
- A valid forklift license would be advantageous.
