Job description

My client is a multi-service law firm based in the West Midlands and they are looking to bring in a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Team.

The team deals with a wide range of claims ranging from minor to catastrophic RTA claims to misdiagnosis and obstetrics claims, there is also the opportunity to get involved in inquest work. My client is happy to consider a candidate either from a Clinical Negligence background or Personal Injury background so an ideal opportunity for a someone who is looking for a mixed caseload or for someone who is looking to broaden their experience into Clinical Negligence for example.


The ideal candidate will be 3-4 years PQE and from a claimant background with previous experience managing or assisting on a caseload that contained multi-track files.
My client is offering a salary of £40,000 + end of year bonus along with hybrid working. Benefits include but not limited to 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service 3x salary and onsite parking.
