HR Coordinator
Nottingham - onsite
Up to £28,000
Permanent & Full Time

SF Recruitment are currently supporting an SME who are looking to add an HR Coordinator to the business as soon as possible. This role is a brilliant opportunity have ownership of the day to day operational side of the HR activity as well get overall exposure to the HR strategy.

My client is looking to attract candidates with at least 1 to 2 years experience within an HR setting, it is important you have had exposure to low level ER as well. If you are looking to kick start your HR career with the supportive of a progressive manager, then this is for you!

Duties within the role:
- Act as first point of contact for all HR queries
- Lead on onboarding & offboarding activity
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Create and maintain employee details & records
- Support with low level ER casework
- Follow HR policy and offer revlevent advice
- Support on ad-hoc projects
- Support with L&D - booking training
