Flame Health Dentistry are currently looking to recruit an Associate Dentist, to join this mixed practice in Redditch. The associate will be required to cover a very busy patient book, with 5000 - 8,000 UDA contracts available. The dentist is required to work Monday to Friday each week, with additional hours available to provide private work. It is essential that the dentist is both a highly efficient and quality led worker. The associate will be rewarded with high earnings and a modern dental surgery to work in.

All of the dental professionals in the practice have undergone a rigorous selection and training process to offer the patient the highest quality of dental care. These standards are maintained by a continuous education and training schedule for all employees. The practice has an ethos of preventative dentistry, which is put together in individual patient treatment plans. Patients are well informed of the latest techniques and the practice only uses the best materials and equipment available.

It is desired that the associate dentist takes great pride in their work and wants to have quality time, support, materials and equipment to deliver to patients high expectations. Experience of NHS is not essential and Tier 2 visa's are available with the employer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Dentist. The candidate should have a good post graduate history as the principal is looking to expand the specialist and private potential of the practice. If candidates are looking to develop their specialist skills and develop more private dentistry, then they will be a good fit for this practice.
