About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our new greenfield, native mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defining, developing, and launching mobile apps that meet user needs and business goals. They will also have a deep understanding of user-centreddesign principles and agile development methodologies.
This role will be based at our head office in Barton-Upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire, with the opportunity for hybrid working 2 days per week. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our office at least 3 days per week.
Main responsibilities:
- Understand the company's overall business objectives and translate them into a clear product vision.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify user needs and opportunities.
- Develop a product roadmap that outlines the product's evolution over time.
- Prioritize product features and backlog items based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to estimate and track the completion of product features.
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and engaging product experiences.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to ensure that products meet user needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Communicate product performance insights to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions about product development.

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching digital products.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
