We are delighted to bring to the market this opportunity for a Family Solicitor with roughly 1-2 PQE to join a friendly, progressive firm in South Manchester.
The firm is offering an attractive bonus scheme to boost your take-home pay substantially, plus a favourable hybrid working package and an unfettered progression pathway to Associate and beyond, as you’ll be joining as the second-in-command to the Head of Family.
In the future, this could mean promotion all the way to a Head of Family position as the team structure grows and evolves.
Rarely, you won’t have any billing targets to work towards, as the firm did away with this financial structure some years ago in favour of concentrating on delivering a first-class service to its client base of HNW individuals from the South Manchester area.
You will handle a caseload of privately funded divorce and finance work, so this opportunity is fantastic for anyone looking to step away from legal aid work in favour of an exclusively private client base.
