Job description
A new opportunity has arisen for a Home Admissions and Wellbeing Lead to be responsible for driving the effective sales and marketing of the Home, to promote and bring the community into the Home.
We are looking for a Home Admissions and Wellbeing Lead who will identify and follow up new sale opportunities, working to ensure the home’s occupancy levels are maximised and to oversee the moving in and settling of new residents. You will be responsible for building meaningful and positive relationships with a different range of people including prospective residents, family carers and multi-disciplinary teams, providing regular reports and assist in developing sales and marketing plans for the Home. In addition, you will lead the planning and implementation of activities to successfully market the home and ensure that sales and marketing budgets are managed efficiently.
As well as welcoming new residents this role will be integral in the planning and execution of the in-house and community wide activity and wellbeing programme. Identifying and setting up opportunities for networking with locals and making sure the in-house activity programme is fulfilling and allows our residents to stay energised, independent, and happy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing within a social care environment and have in-depth knowledge and competence in IT skills. They will have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of the health care sector, with a flexible approach to working hours.
This role will include some travelling outside of the home therefore being a car driver is essential.
