Ref #: BH-3938 Location: Birmingham Salary: £45000 per annum Sector: Acute Care Type: Permanent Are you an accomplished Chemotherapy Nurse Manager or ambitious Chemotherapy Sister or Charge Nurse, and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in Birmingham? If so, we want to hear from you! Stroud Resourcing is seeking a talented and driven Chemotherapy Day Case Manager to join our client's dedicated and passionate team. This full-time Chemotherapy management role offers an excellent salary of up to £45,000 and many fantastic benefits. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, Monday – Friday plus occasional weekends.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for setting up a new Chemotherapy Day Case Unit from scratch. You will have the autonomy to build your team from the ground up. You will also take charge of the compliance for the department including policy writing, dealing with CQC, promoting & embedding best practices.

To apply for this Chemotherapy Nurse Manager job, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse with previous experience treating Chemotherapy patients. Prior experience as a Chemotherapy Day Unit Manager is desirable but we also welcome applications from experienced Sisters and Charge Nurses looking to step up into their first management position. To achieve the top salary of up to £45,000 you must also have a SACT Passport and a sound knowledge of CQC, reviewing policies and how to run a safe & effective service.
