About Our Client
My client is a circa £250 million turnover, listed business who operate in the Manufacturing space. They have manufacturing plants internationally and have also recently made some international acquisitions.
Job Description
- Involvement in the production of Head office and the consolidated Group monthly management accounts.
- Involvement in the production of forecasts, budgets and strategic plans for Head Office entities and the consolidated group.
- Reviewing and challenging monthly submissions from the operating units, and assisting with improving the control environment across the business.
- Assist in the preparation of the IFRS Group Annual Report and half year accounts, including being a key point of contact for Group's external auditors.
- Involvement in the production of individual legal entity statutory accounts.
- Involvement in the management of stock accounting procedures and stock provisions group wide.
- Involvement in acquisitions and on-boarding activities.
- Preparation of analysis to support the delivery of the Group's Annual and Strategic Plans.
- Involvement in the monthly 13 week Group cash flow forecasting procedures.
