Based: Bedfordshire (MK44)

About the Client:

One of the UK’s leading and most respected infrastructure contractors has an exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a recently secured contract. They have developed a reputation as being arguably the best company to work for within their specialisation.

About the Project and Role:

A major infrastructure project that has just commenced, valued in the region of £700m, requires a Quantity Surveyor. It encompasses leading engineering techniques to successfully deliver this interesting and complex heaving infrastructure project.

Suitable Experience Required:

• Major project experience
• Extensive NEC experience
• Able to take full commercial control of large sub-contract packages
• Must have a structured career history
• Ideally local as the role is long term
