Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large Rail contractor that work on high value rail projects, they are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South Wales. The main duties for this role include:

• Client facing – delivering updates to the client on costs
• Preparing estimates
• Presentation of monthly reports
• Ability to manage a small team of commercial professionals
• Forecast internally & externally

Requirements

• Strong rail background
• Civil Engineering experience with NEC or bespoke NR contract knowledge
• Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Minimum 5 years Quantity Surveying work experience
