About the Position
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Manager Customerand Communications to lead a committed team of professionals acrossthe broad functions of Customer Experience, Marketing andCommunications, and Arts and Events. The position is responsiblefor providing strategic and operational to support Council and theExecutive.
The position operates within a dynamic working environmentrequiring the incumbent to be able to collaborate with ElectedMembers and the Executive as well as a broad range of internal andexternal stakeholders. The position can influence, shape, and leadorganisational initiatives that improve the customer experiencethrough digital transformation and continuous improvement.
