Mandarin-speaking Medical Receptionist/Patient Coordinator

up to £28,000

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Medical Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to join our clients brand new prestigious medical practice located in Knightsbridge and help guide patients through their ophthalmic journey from first contact to aftercare.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and accurate record-keeping.
• Assist Mandarin-speaking patients with registration, paperwork, and any inquiries they may have.
• Coordinate patient referrals and liaise with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Previous experience in a medical receptionist or patient coordinator role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The clinic is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday so you're shift pattern may include an occasional Saturday and a late finish of 7pm
