Description:

Full-time OR Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) a busy, mixed INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Maidstone, Kent. 

•    UP £13 PER UDA Up to 6000 UDAs
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL
•    Cosmetic, Aesthetic & General Dentistry
•    55% split on Private & Labs
•    Looking for someone who is friendly and keen to grow with the Team
•    PLVE candidates can apply (Mentor on-site)
•    FD Training Facility
•    Well established patient list
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital x-rays -Durr Vistacan, Rotary Endodontics
•    Provide Implants, and have an active Facial Aesthetics service
•    Full support team including a hygienist 
•    On-site parking available
•    Available now, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
