Engineering supervisor Facilities Management Glasgow 42K plus company van and excellent benefits package
CBW have a new opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor for a Facilities company based in the Glasgow region. This will be overseeing a mobile service team. - Manage, supervise and monitor the performance of the engineering team to ensure PPMs
are carried out to quality standard and completed within the timescales. - Effective first line supervision of the engineering team relative to the above systems & disciplines .
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
- Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
- Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
- Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
- Maintaining site-based records and log books
- To provide survey reports in relation to work and equipment as required.
- To provide costs for additional – lifecycle replacement works as required
- Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
- Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email
Qualifications and Experience Required - City & Guilds Parts SVQ 2/3 IN Service & Maintenance or recognised equivalent
- Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
- PASMA Certified
