I am a trained life and business coach, I also hold qualifications in hypnotherapy, CBT, grief counselling and anger management.My aim is to provide affordable therapies to all.I particularly enjoy seeing the results of my loss weight and stop smoking hypnotherapy sessions.I used internationally recognised and proved courses and workbooks.

I offer one to one personal coaching
For certain issues, online coaching is practical (via skype)

I started my career as an engineer. I went self employed and started and sold several businesses. As this seemed to work well for me, I took a course in business coaching and started coaching straight away (mostly to the new owners of the businesses I sold!).During this time, I started working at a local charity who offer coaching for various things. They provided full training for me and I really enjoyed it. As the training was done within the organisation, I did not get any official accreditation, so I completed the training outside the organisation to get official certification.I now do this full time.
Fees:from £35 GBP to £75 GBP
Counselling sessions from £35Hypnotherapy sessions from £60.All prices are per session, a session is usually an hour long. Sometimes they run over. The price is inclusive of all time spent and VAT.Payment options: By card on PDQ, by Cash or by Paypal.
