Job Description:
As a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for a wide array of surveying services, including but not limited to:
Conducting comprehensive property inspections and generating detailed reports.
Identifying and assessing building defects and issues.
Providing expert advice to clients on property maintenance, repair, and enhancement strategies.
Preparing specifications, tender documents, and construction contracts.
Overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure they meet regulatory standards and quality expectations.
Collaborating effectively with Architects, Engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Offering valuable insights and guidance on building-related legal and regulatory matters.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in building surveying, project management, and construction.
Profound knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proficiency in utilising surveying and project management software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
