What you’ll do: • Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and flair, from traditional favorites to innovative morning delights.
• Manage the breakfast service, ensuring timely preparation and presentation to meet the early demands of our clients' schedules.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring your station is pristine and well-organized.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to develop a compelling and satisfying breakfast menu that reflects seasonal availability and culinary trends.
• Monitor inventory specifically for the breakfast service, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available and wastage is minimized.
What you bring: • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role, with a strong background in breakfast service and menu development.
• A passion for early morning hospitality and the ability to deliver high-quality food service under the unique time constraints of breakfast dining.
• Knowledge of a wide range of breakfast cuisine, including dietary and nutritional considerations.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage your time effectively to accommodate the fast-paced nature of breakfast service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service alongside your kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
