Responsibilities within your new role
As the General Manager, your duties encompass the daily oversight of hotel operations, spanning all facets of its functions. Your key responsibilities include maintaining effective internal communication, ensuring cohesive collaboration across all hotel departments.
You will be entrusted with the crucial task of adhering to pre-approved budgets and meeting pre-opening timescales. Additionally, your role involves the comprehensive management and supervision of staff training, fostering a skilled team that aligns with the high standards of the establishment.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years of experience in a comparable position, demonstrating a proven track record in overseeing the operations of a 4/5-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of effectively training and developing staff, exhibiting a strong drive and passion for the hospitality industry while consistently striving to elevate standards. Moreover, experience in the pre-opening process is highly desirable.
