Job description
Integrated Visual Protection are looking for people who are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner and want to provide the highest standards of customer experience possible to join our team as a Shift Supervisor.
Applications from candidates with experience in CCTV Monitoring or Alarm Receiving Centres will be well received.
Please note that possession of a valid SIA Licence is mandatory and legal requirement for this role.
The successful applicants will be security screened in keeping with BS 7858 which requires a five year checkable work/activity history a subsequent Police record check shall also be made.

Qualifications and Skills
• A focus on delivering good customer experience is essential;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Excellent telephone manner;
• Competent IT/Computer skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Have qualities to lead a team in a dynamic fast paced environment;
• Can mentor and coach a team;
• Ideally have Supervisor Experience (not essential for the right candidate)
Remit
• Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems and vehicle tracking;
• Dispatching appropriate emergency services and/or keyholders;
• Fielding inbound telephone & email enquiries;
• Being the primary contact on the shift;
• Leading a team of operators on your designated shift and making sure you are getting the best out of them;
• Willingness to learn new systems and platforms.
