Due to the high demand for English Teachers so far this academic year Academics are looking to recruit a passionate and creative teacher of English for both short and long term roles starting ASAP and later on this academic year.
You will be responsible for teaching English in either the planned or the unplanned absence of the usual class teacher.
You must have recent experience of teaching English up to GCSE within a secondary school setting.
Whether you are looking for flexible work or something more long term and secure Academics will work to help you find the right role for you.
To work as an English Teacher for Academics, you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Excellent subject knowledge with experience of teaching up to GCSE
* An enthusiastic and flexible approach
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one (cost applied)
