Customer Service Executive

£25,000 - £27,000 DOE, Burgess Hill (Outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday, parking, pension

The Role

Due to fantastic growth in recent years, we are delighted to partnering with a wonderful business in the aviation component repair sector in their search for a Customer Service Executive to join their small, friendly team. Working as part of a small Customer Support team, you will be providing proactive support to each customer repair journey from receipt to outgoing shipment.

• Receive customer repair orders
• Preparing customer quotations.
• Monitoring lead times and providing status updates internally
• Updating your customers with lead times and responding to queries.
• Generating final paperwork for the engineer to sign off.
• Liaising with logistics department for outgoing despatch.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Customer Service Executive, it is important that you are a naturally organised individual - this role is very process driven and meticulous attention to detail is vital. Experience in the aviation sector is not necessary, all elements of the role can be taught to someone with the right attitude. You will be a confident communicator with strong IT skills. No two days are the same in this role, so you must be able to multitask and prioritise. Due to the rural location - it's essential you have your own transport. This role could suit someone who has worked as a customer service advisor, administrator or repair administrator.

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (2x 15 minute breaks, plus 30 minute lunch)
