Job description

Our client is an award-winning law firm with expertise in BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager, Jersey.

Overall purpose of the role:

To ensure that the Finance team as a whole and the services provided by the Finance Administrators and Credit Controllers are carried out in an efficient manner in line with the demands of the firm and all relevant procedures and legal requirements are followed.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a professional services firm.
• Proven experience managing a team and operations in a similar business
• Ideally a part-qualified/qualified Accountant or someone who has demonstrable experience in a previous accounts or finance area with five or more years' experience, and a proven track record of providing training, working under pressure and managing staff effectively.
