Job description
Your new role - Manager, support and develop an HR/OD operational team which provides an effective and comprehensive HR service across the organisation, ensuring appropriate support, policies, procedures, casework and project work are carried out as required.
- This role will both manage the team of HR Officers (x2) and HR Support Assistant (x1) as well as deliver HR services directly as part of the team. They will also jointly manage HR and Payroll Administrator (x1)
- To manage the team to deliver an excellent transactional and recruitment service, working with colleagues to ensure we have a compelling employer brand, implement digital streamlined processes to deliver the best possible experience for applicants and managers.
- Provide HR advice, casework, support and guidance to managers within their own services/teams allocated and support the team to deliver in general.
- Coordinate Organisational Development interventions for the organisation, in order to drive high levels of employee engagement, development and support transformation.
- To lead the commissioning of identified learning and development interventions, implementing this in a cost-efficient and effective way.
What you\'ll need to succeed You will be an experienced HR Manager with the ability to coach and support a lovely team. You will be a hands-on manager who will support you with case load when required.
