Legal Counsel - IT Procurement Contracts/Agreements

70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits

Hybrid - Travel once a week to Surrey

I am looking for a Legal Counsel with a track record of negotiating IT Procurement Contracts/Agreements within the IT industry

Skills/Experience

• Draw up and negotiate IT procurement contracts (eg software purchasing and leasing, SaaS ,
• A Solicitor or Barrister qualified in England & Wales with experience within the IT industry
• Provide general legal advice
• Drive legal workstream activities
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills at a senior level
• Higher education degree in law (2:1 degree or higher)
