Brand New Facility! We are already a household name in the industry in which we operate with over 300 sites across the globe employing in excess of over 50,000 people. Annually we turnover in excess of £10bn and due to persistent growth within this booming and stable industry, we are continuing to expand leading to the requirement for an entirely new maintenance department in the heart of Warwickshire.
We are looking for multiple multi skilled maintenance engineers covering 4 shifts running a 24/7 operation. You will be part of a team of 12, completely multi skilled maintenance engineers with a good mix of reactive and planned maintenance from the beginning.
This role will be proper, hands-on engineering, you’ll always have plenty to get stuck into. Your responsibilities will include hands-on maintenance of extruders, granulators, sortation machinery, conveyors, grinders amongst other heavy industrial machinery. This role can be a physically demanding one and a warm environment, an ability to thrive in this environment is important.

Experience Required
- 3 years’ experience working as a multi skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
- Time served engineering apprenticeship would be highly beneficial
- Prior experience in a heavy or recycling environment would be beneficial.
