BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR – BICESTER – £40,000- £60,000 + Benefits
Job Description:
We are a successful and growing multi-trade construction company with offices based in Bicester.
We are currently looking for a Building/construction Estimator to join the team
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to make a real impact on a small to medium sized company. Working closely with the Commercial Manager is a position that will be empowered to make big decisions, encouraged to think outside of the box and be a catalyst for positive change.
The successful individual will have extensive experience working in the construction industry and excellent technical knowledge. They will be hardworking, committed and commercially aware with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A professional yet personal approach to building relationships with key stakeholders is essential.
Job Role:
Analyse tender packages and creating an offering to submit to the clients and Senior IOD staff.
Collect quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
Identify labour/time, materials required to deliver the project
Obtain competitive prices from suppliers
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a building estimator in the commercial market
Excellent presentation and communication skill
Salary and benefits:
40 hrs per week
40-60k depending on experience
Company pensions contributions
28 days holiday
