About the Pub
The George Hotel is a former hotel in the town centre of Ashford, Kent. It’s a traditional pub with heaps of character thanks to the history of the building. The pub is on the large size and offers plenty of potential to grow and develop a great pub business. The pub is in fantastic condition and is split into three areas. One area houses the large bar that runs down the side of the room making this a popular area amongst locals, next there is a sports area with a pool table and darts board. Providing the perfect space for local teams and avid sports viewers. The pub also offers a great courtyard area that is a complete suntrap throughout the summer months, when the weather goes cold locals can still enjoy this space thanks to the are being equipped with seating, heaters, and TV.
