Salary: £53k - 55k per year + Benefits Package per annum

An excellent opportunity has become available for a skilled Shift Engineering Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business. The successful Shift Engineering Manager will be running a Double Day Shift team and will be responsible for all engineering issues. The Role will also have a large element of Reactive maintenance along with leading routine PPMs/. This is a great opportunity for a strong multi skilled candidate with Leadership and management experience to take their career to the next level.

Skills required for Engineering Shift Manager:

• Multi Skilled Engineering Background
• Leadership/Management Experience 
• Engineering Qualification - (Ideally Level 3/ HNC Level)
• FMCG/ Fast Paced Manufacturing Background
• Strong PPM Skills/ Experience
• Reliability/CI Experience
