Health Care Customer Service Advisor – Gateshead NE10 - £10.61 per hour
40 hours Per Week.
Centric Talent are currently recruiting for Health Care Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client, who are an outsourced service provider to the retail and eCommerce sector. Our client offers contact centre and fulfilment services, across four UK locations with a combined capacity of over 800,000 square feet and over 350 contact centre seats.
Our client is the second largest postal provider in the UK with a vast range of mail, parcels and Door drop media products and services, both in the UK and internationally. They work in partnership with many of the UK’s most recognisable brands.
They are now looking for hard-working Customer Service Advisors to join them at their state of the art contact centre based in Gateshead this will be working on manly inbound calls and will involve speaking with suppliers, healthcare professionals and family and friends of current residents and new healthcare enquiries.
Health Care Customer Service Advisor - The Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to deeply care about how companies treat their customers. You will be working on behalf of our clients delivering first class customer service.
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Answering customer queries via a Live Chat system.
- Being the first point of contact via email, telephone, and Live Chat
- Provide customers with the highest standards of Customer Service you possibly can.
- Capturing data for new care enquiries and submitting to the relevant department for follow-up
- Provide effective after-sales support.
- Complaint Handling
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Caring deeply about how companies treat their customers.
- Being comfortable with numbers and learning new technology
- Capture data from clients accurately.
Experience/Skills needed for this role.
- Strong customer service background in contact centres.
- Strong keyboard skills.
- Good spelling and grammar due to sending customer emails.
- Be able to work in many systems at once, so good system navigation is essential.
- Microsoft Office – Be familiar with and comfortable using excel sheets.
- Must have the skill to be empathetic and deal with sensitive calls.
- Previous experience working in a health care or care home setting would be a distinct advantage.
Customer Service Advisor - Working Hours This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
5 x 8 hours shifts Per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Plus one Saturday every 4 weeks 9am - 530pm
