A well regarded high street law firm near Leamington Spa are seeking to expand their already well established Court of Protection department by adding an NQ Court of Protection Solicitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice with professionalism and friendliness
• Manage a caseload of Court of Protection property and finance matters.
• Assist with various court applications and daily financial administration.
• Maintain time recording, legal knowledge, and contribute to a safe working environment.
