Recruit UK is working on an opportunity for a Senior IFA administrator to join one of the UK’s leading wealth management firms in Mansfield.  You would be assisting the client service team with administrative tasks to ensure effective and efficient operations of the team and wider business.

Day to day:

• Engage with clients.
• Take incoming calls.
• Manage client queries.
• Record annual review dates on back-office systems.
• Plan, book and prepare for annual review annual review meetings.
• Work alongside financial advisers to provide administrative support
• Processing new business
• Generating new business
• Compliance duties
• Updating and maintaining CRM system
