Do you have an interest in data analysis? Do you want to influence and shape how criminal justice data can support frontline practitioners from police and probation to make data driven decisions on risk and offending behaviours? Then this role is for you.

We are looking to recruit an IOM Senior Partnership Analyst to join our IOM team. Reporting to the IOM Cymru Board, the role will provide a Wales wide analysis of IOM, identifying emerging themes and trends. The role will report performance metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of IOM across Wales, requiring multi-agency working with operational teams in both police and probation. The role will ensure the availability of management information for local Probation Delivery Units, Police Forces and will collate and interpret data. The role will be pivotal in demonstrating the efficacy of IOM light of the Beating Crime Plan which names IOM as a key delivery mechanism for national neighbourhood crime reduction targets as outlined in the Neighbourhood Crime Integrated Offender Management Strategy. IOM is built on partnership working and the successful candidate will work closely with IOM partners to support reports and analysis of the IOM Cohort.

The role will undertake analysis; identifying emerging trends, improvements, risks and issues in order to develop business intelligence for the Regional Probation Director.

They will be expected to produce well written, timely, comprehensive and accurate reports, presentations and other performance products for a range of audiences (internal and external).

Overview of the job

The Integration Lead is responsible for planning and implementing interventions so that the operational processes between the NPS and CRCs and other deliver partners are continuously improved. The role is also responsible for delivering business change partner support to NPS Divisions and Deputy Directors at a regional level as directed by the System Integration Senior Manager.

Summary

The System Integration team will be responsible for ensuring the NPS works as effectively as possible with CRCs and other delivery partners. The roles will include identifying and coordinating delivery to improve effectiveness of operations. In Wales these roles will go further than Probation- they will also include Prison / Probation integration.
