The role includes:
- Drafting and negotiating service agreements for high-profile senior executives and employees.
- Advising on employment issues across a number of markets, including the provision of support to other parts of the team including corporate, commercial, regulatory/litigation and immigration.
- Advising stakeholders in employment related disputes before a variety of dispute resolution forums, including the Employment Tribunal and appellate tribunals and courts.

- Widely varied caseload.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years’ PQE (although consideration given to outstanding candidates outside this range).
- Legally qualified to practise as a solicitor in England & Wales.
- Office based role with some hybrid working.
- Varied and extensive experience within employment law.
- Both contentious and non-contentious employment experience.
- Tribunal experience is desired.
