Your new company
A well-established family-owned manufacturing business based in Burnley, are now recruiting on a full-time permanent basis for a Sales Manager, this is due to the development of internal progression the business. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative International manufacturer that operates worldwide and to further develop your skills.
The working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday along with flexible hybrid (remote) working, which are subject to business needs. Please note that travel is required therefore a full clean UK drive license is required.

Your new role
As Sales Manager you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be expected to visit clients onsite across the Northwest and Northeast area.
Your duties will include, but not limited to Maintain and develop relationships with National and Independent Merchants, Buying Groups and Distributors, liaising with suppliers and ensure order processes are followed correctly.
You will be expected to provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face to face and must have a positive can-do attitude.

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to take ownership of your own workload, including strong time and diary management.
Whilst meeting face to face with clients and suppliers, you must have a friendly and professional attitude and be well presented. You should be able to think tactfully and professionally overcoming objections, along with a basic knowledge of IT systems. You should be comfortable speaking to customers and be passionate about Customer Service and building relationships.

What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will be paid an annual salary between £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.
