Job description


We're looking for an experienced coordinator to join our private patient unit and be a part of a multi-skilled team who provide the management of patients undergoing private patient activity, including outpatients, diagnostics, and inpatient care across a wide range of specialties.

Our care is consultant led and the executive management team play a central role in the strategic and operational management of the service and the expanding business.

If you join our team, you will use your expertise to provide comprehensive administrative leadership support to the business management and business team. You will play a pivotal role in the everyday running of private patient services and patient pathways. More specifically you will be the overarching business office team leader, temporary staffing coordinator and personal assistant to the Unit Manager, Ward Manager and Clinical Lead.

• Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the business management team, Nash Basildon and across the wider business
• Provides leadership, direction and performance management of the business office staff and functionality.
• Coordinate the temporary staffing requirements for private patient activity alongside relevant external service leads and ensures effective record keeping, communication and remunerations are made.
• Provides administrative support to the Unit Manager, Ward Manager and Clinical Lead including minute taking of all senior Nash Basildon meetings
• Promotes a well-led working culture throughout the business office, empowering staff to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within the team.
• Acts as a role model and brand ambassador for Nash Basildon Private Patients
