Enabling them to capitalise on these opportunities, they are building a Tata Group Synergies project team to develop our strategic approach to battery supply working across multiple organisations, both inside and outside the group.

Job Purpose
The role will be part of the Capital Projects Management Team who are accountable for implementing the buildings and infrastructure programme required to support Agratas' ambitious plans..
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects remain within budget, managing the financial aspects including contracts, change orders and any disputes.
- Manage and resolve any risks that may arise.
- Ensure projects remain within budget, managing the financial aspects including contracts, change orders and disputes.
- Accurate estimation and predictability of overall utilities costs and timings whilst ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, anticipating potential delays and addressing them proactively.
- Manage stakeholders and deliverables associated with utilities packages.
- Challenge technical assumptions to ensure that optimum solutions are achieved for the project.
- Ensure deliverables and risk are achieved within the project timelines.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and controlling of projects performance and provide timely and accurate data reporting.
- Evaluate and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Key traits/experience required:
- Experience in scoping and delivering large Utilities Capital projects/programmes.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in multi-utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of utility industry regulations and standards.
- Strong Contractor Health and Safety management skills.
- Mechanical or Electrical background strongly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and experienced in UK Engineering Contracts, specifically JCT and/or NEC.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in the following types of projects would be an advantage :
- Gigafactory ( Obviously! )
- Pharmaceutical
- FMCG
- Large factory (set / build )
- Chemical lant
- Laboratory / clean rooms facilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Chartered or professional Engineer in Civil, Structural, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering fields ideal but not essential.
- Professionally qualified programme/project management (eg. APMP, MSP) or other build environment related discipline (e.g., RICS)

- Salary: £75-85k
- Bonus: 12.5%
- Car Allowance: £6,800
- Base Location: NAIC, Warwick University (Hybrid)
