Due to the expansion of our Apprenticeship Programmes, we have a Apprenticeship Quality Coach role currently available in the School of Arts & Creative Industries.
The role involves managing agreed cohorts of Apprentices by supporting them in achieving their Apprenticeship, and the University in meeting OFSTED and ESFA funding compliance rules.
The School is seeking an individual with drive, skills, and ‘can-do’ attitude to join us. Experience within teaching or coaching would be advantageous, however experience in apprenticeship is not essential as we are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn.
As an Apprenticeship Quality Coach, you will actively contribute to the ongoing development of the University Apprenticeship provision, working with course and academic leads.
You will report to the School Apprenticeship Manager within the School Apprenticeship Team structure and work closely with colleagues across the University to ensure that Apprenticeship Programmes offered by the School are delivered to the highest quality standards and apprentices are supported in their learning and progression.
If you have the expertise, commitment, and dedication to help the School of Arts & Creative Industries drive aspirations, skills, and business growth through an ambitious Apprenticeship Programme, apply now.
The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
If you are shortlisted, your interview will take place via Microsoft Teams. Please note that the University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy.
Interview Date: 25 March 2024
