Job description
We are looking for an Administrator to join Sodexo in Halifax - HX3 9XT!We are seeking a detail orientated and organised individual to join us at our prestigious corporate site! You will be the heartbeat to keeping our team operating with precision and flawless efficiency!
What you’ll do:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Organise documentation, files and records
Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional communication
Delivering 5 star customer service
What you bring:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant is a bonus
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
Strong organisational skills and multi tasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications in business admin is a plus, but certainly not essential
