SF Recruitment are working with a superb market leading manufacturing business who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client is a manufacturing business in Hinckley who are looking for a confident Finance Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Finance Function (Team of 5). The ideal Finance Manager will have experience working within an SME environment & Manufacturing experience. The role reports directly into the Head Of Finance & is office based. Our client will consider Qualified or QBE.
Duties of the Finance Manager include:
– Overseeing the production of monthly and annual management accounts
– Providing financial and strategic support to other departments
– Analysing and modelling data as and when required
– Balance sheet review and controls
– Manage the quarterly stock take process
– Complete responsibility of year end audit
– Monitoring of day–to–day financial operations within the company
– Drive process improvements and identify automation that will be linked to new system
– Manage and assist in cashflow forecast
– Oversee HMRC compliance tasks i.e., VAT, PAYE, NI, Pensions etc
– Budget and forecasting
– Monitoring of key business KPIs
