Safeguarding Administrator – Permanent - £22,879 per annum

Safeguarding Administrator

Permanent vacancy - 37 hours per week
£22,879 per annum
We are looking for a new Safeguarding Administrator to provide general administrative support for the Head of Safeguarding and the wider safeguarding team, including phone calls, emails and other lines of communication. Working in this highly confidential environment, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are key, alongside a caring, learner centric approach to your work.
Main duties include:
Maintain accurate and robust data collection systems
Compile and generate reports on safeguarding data for internal and external stakeholders as required
Arranging meetings with parents and external agencies where appropriate
Inputting data onto spreadsheets
Minute taking
Work collaboratively with other departments to promote a culture of safeguarding throughout the organisation
