My client, a leading firm in Sevenoaks, are looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their team. A well-established law firm known for its commitment to excellence and dedication to providing high-quality legal services to clients across various sectors. They have a strong presence in the South East with multiple offices across Kent and London.

As part of the Dispute Resolution team, you will exposure to a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including but not limited to property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, consumer disputes, contractual disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence and debt recovery.

To be successful in your application, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work as an integral part of the team.
• Have commercial and financial awareness with an ability to listen well to clients and colleagues.
• Be able to communicate to a high standard with clients and colleagues.
• Have a practical and commercial outlook.
• Have a keen interest to be involved in business development.
• Be competent IT skills.
